Change is a consequence of our ambition. During almost 25 years in business, consumer behaviours have changed beyond recognition and so have our retailers. This pace of change will never stop and the challenges delight us.
The future will see us reduce plastic consumption to minority levels, we’ll buy homecare products differently, using refills rather than proprietary containers, by subscription rather than one-off charges. We’ll improve our diets with healthier eating, nourish our skin with only natural ingredients and the sustainable sourcing and manufacturing we assume will need to measurably safeguard our planet.
Alongside this change, Solent will continue to evolve in order to meet our next challenge, but one thing will never change – a determination to add value in whatever we do.

Solent, in collaboration with Beauty Kitchen and M&S are trialling a new initiative across 8 stores in the UK designed to promote the use of packaging return and refill across our range of household cleaning and laundry products. The scheme offers consumers a discount on future purchases everytime the empty bottle is returned to store for reuse.
Working with Beauty Kitchen, we skip the recycling process and instead wash, clean and refill our bottles with the same great product. Our premium aluminium bottles can be reused time and time again and with our instore recycling points, its never been easier to go green.
